A. Information Collected from Streamers / Subscribers:

Account Data: Username, email address, phone number, and encrypted password hash during registration.
Subscription Status: Plan selection (Monthly Pass at ৳299/mo or Yearly Pass at ৳2,999/yr) and renewal timestamps.
Royalty & Payout Data: Registered bKash/Nagad/Bank details used strictly for disbursing 100% creator royalty payouts on digital alert sales.

B. Information Collected from Audience / Customers:

Order Information: Buyer alias name, custom broadcast message, and alert amount submitted when purchasing live stream message alerts.
Payment Metadata: Transaction ID, currency (BDT), and payment confirmation status returned by our payment gateway.

3. Payment Security & Processing

We do NOT store or process payment card numbers, PINs, or MFS account passwords on our servers.

                Payment Protection Notice: All digital service purchases (alert orders and software
                subscriptions) are processed through encrypted 256-bit SSL portals operated by authorized payment
                gateways under Bangladesh Bank regulations.

Collected data is used strictly to:

Deliver digital live stream alerts to creator broadcast overlays in real time.
Calculate, track, and disburse 100% creator royalty payouts to participating streamers.
Verify subscription active status and grant access to platform dashboard tools.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third-party marketers. Data is shared only:

With Content Creators: Buyer alias name, message, and alert amount are transmitted to the creator’s dashboard and live stream overlay widget.
With Payment Processors: Transaction parameters required to authorize order payments.
Legal Compliance: When required by Bangladesh legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

6. Security & Data Retention

We employ HTTPS SSL encryption, hashed credentials, and secure server access controls. Streamers may request permanent account deletion via their account settings, subject to completing any pending royalty disbursements.
