1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing to, purchasing digital services on, or using czizo (including our website, dashboard, digital alert services, and OBS stream overlay widgets), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the platform.

2. Creator Subscriptions & Billing

Content creators access czizo broadcasting tools by subscribing to one of our platform plans:

Monthly Pass: Billed at ৳299 / month.
Yearly Pass: Billed at ৳2,999 / year.

Billing & Expiry:

Subscriptions remain active for the duration of the paid period. Access to OBS live overlay widgets, customization settings, and moderation filters requires an active subscription.

                Refund Policy: All subscription fees and digital alert service purchases on czizo are
                strictly non-refundable once activated or rendered on stream. Canceling a subscription stops future
                renewal cycles, while active days remain accessible until expiration.
            

3. Digital Alert Services & Creator Royalties

czizo provides digital interactivity services where audience members purchase On-Stream Graphic & Sound Alerts to display live messages on a creator’s broadcast overlay.

100% Creator Royalty Share: czizo pays participating content creators a 100% Creator Royalty Share on all digital alert sales generated through their channel during an active subscription.
Royalty Disbursements: Accumulated creator royalties are paid out to the creator's designated local MFS or bank account upon reaching platform payout thresholds (e.g., 500 BDT).
No Escrow/Banking Claims: czizo acts as an e-commerce platform for digital stream services and media software—not a banking institution, deposit wallet, or escrow holder.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Both creators and audience members must adhere to strict safety and legal standards. You agree NOT to:

Submit, display, or broadcast hate speech, threats, harassment, obscene material, or illegal content via digital stream alerts or custom messages.
Use alert purchasing widgets for fraudulent money transfers, unauthorized payment usage, or chargeback scams.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the operation of our OBS alert servers, website APIs, or database.

5. Account Cancellation & Termination

Creators may cancel their subscription or initiate permanent account deletion through their dashboard settings. czizo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately without prior notice for terms violations, fraudulent activity, or breaches of Bangladesh cyber safety laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

czizo provides its platform, overlay widgets, and digital services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for external streaming platform outages (e.g., YouTube or Twitch downtime), payment gateway failures, or lost broadcast revenue caused by third-party network interruptions.

7. Contact & Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh ICT Act and Digital Security Guidelines.
